Bently Nevada 3500 system SIS module

Each monitor in the 3500 system occupies a slot in the frame. All monitors are based on the design of a microprocessor and can be digitally adjusted for the warning and danger setpoints of each channel. The alarm can be configured for latching or non-latching operation. The status of each monitor and channel is displayed by the bright LED on the front panel, which can be directly observed without operator intervention, making the operation easier and more convenient. Most monitors can output a ratio of 4 to 20 mA for each channel through the I / O module and connect to a paper tape recorder or an old process control system without a digital interface. The short-circuit protection terminal on the monitor I / O module can provide power for the sensor. The OK detection path in each monitor continuously detects the integrity of each sensor and its corresponding field connection. The sensor output signal is buffered and transmitted to the coaxial connector  on the front panel. The rear of the RIM I / O module has buffer output terminals.
