The KL1002 digital input terminal acquires the binary 24 V DC control signals from the process level and transmits them, in an electrically isolated form, to the higher-level automation unit. The Bus Terminal contains two channels that indicate their signal state by means of light emitting diodes.
The KL3351 analog input terminal permits direct connection of a resistor bridge. The bridge voltage, UD, and the supply voltage, UREF, to the bridge are digitized with a 16 bit resolution, and are transmitted along an electrically isolated channel to the supervising automation system.
This module works with both 4-wire and 6-wire strain gauge load cells. The concept applied by the module requires compensation in the measurement system. This compensation eliminates the absolute uncertainty in the measurement circuit, such as component tolerances, effective bridge voltage or zero point offset.
This module enables the remote connection of a force gauge using a strain gauge with a converter resolution of up to 24-bit. The data rate can be set from 0.26 ms to 100 ms. This module concept requires compensation in the measurement system.
This motor bridge module is used to control 2 DC motors with a nominal voltage of 24 to 38.5 VDC ±25% at a nominal current up to 3 A. The module can be reconfigured and used in current controller mode for controlling inductive loads.
