Trusted T6300 is a system based on a triple processor, all important internal circuits are designed with triple fault tolerance. Trusted T6300 guarantees that the system can still execute the program correctly in the case of an internal failure. All modules of the system can be hot replaced online. This design allows the Trusted T6300 system to remain almost 100% online. Trusted T6300 is used to control various complex and dangerous production processes in real time, accept field signals, execute logic operations, PID and other control programs, output control signals, and drive field execution units. Trusted's application program is compiled with IEC 61131 TOOLSET software.

The Trusted T6300 performs the above operations continuously and at high speed to achieve fast closed-loop data processing. If an internal fault occurs in the Trusted system, the fault will be limited by the voting unit. The widely distributed voting chips in the system ensure that any internal faults in the system will not be propagated to the program processing process, and can accurately indicate the location of the system's internal faults. Each register and program controller vote in the same way. All internal communications have a receiving circuit for communication verification.
