The TRICONEX system fully complies with the IEC61508/61511 standard, adopts the most advanced TMR microprocessor hardware technology, and the mature and reliable TRISTATION 1131 software triple redundant fault-tolerant control system. The system has high reliability and high utilization rate, and is widely used in petrochemical, oil refining, oil and gas, chemical, electric power, rail transit, aerospace, nuclear industry and other industries. It is used in equipment safety interlocking system ESD, steam turbine control, and steam turbine control. It has extensive achievements in level control, compressor anti-surge control, offshore oil platform, fire and gas monitoring and protection (F&G), etc.

           The safety system can provide continuous protection for safety-critical units in oil refining, petroleum, chemical and other industrial processes, such as reactors and compressor units, and perform various trip signals-pressure, product feed, expander pressure balance and temperature, etc. Monitor and stop safely when necessary. Traditional emergency shutdown systems use mechanical or electronic relays to achieve shutdown protection, but this often causes dangerous false trips. The TRICONEX system has parking and control functions, can conduct temporary testing and verification of on-site sensors, and can be directly connected with DCS or other upper computers for continuous monitoring.
